| EBL Internet Banking Features |

Customers having account(s) with Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) can enjoy Internet Banking (IB) facilities of EBL. Customers may approach for the IB facility either at the time of opening an account or subsequently any time after opening the account. If the Customer has an existing IB ID, he/she can tag any EBL account(s) with the existing IB ID. |

| Account Summary & Details |
|
This function displays the summarized view of the accounts held by the Customer. |
|
| Account Statement |
|
This function displays the account details, i.e. Account Holder's Name, Product Type, Account Balances, details of unclear funds of selected CASA account, etc. |

| Own Account Transfer |
|
This function allows Customers to transfer funds between their own CASA accounts with the Bank. |
|
 |
Daily transaction amount limit: Max. 9, 99, 99,999 in a day. |
|
 |
Single transaction limit: Max. 100,000/transaction. |
|
 |
Number of transaction limit: Max. 999 transactions in a day. |
|
|
| Internal Transfer (To Recipient's Account in EBL) |
|
This function asks the user to register beneficiary (EBL account) before allowing the transfer of the fund. |
|
 |
Day limit: Not more than BDT 50,000/day. |
|
 |
Single transaction limit: Not more than BDT 10,000/day. |
|
 |
Not more than 5 transactions in a day. |
|
|
| Bill Payment & Instant Mobile Recharge Service |
|
In order to use this service the Customer will have to register the biller first (only for the first time). Customer will be able to pay bills and Instant mobile recharge after successful registration. |

For Prepaid recharge it can be possible to do min. Tk.10 and max. Tk.1000 in a single transaction. |

For Postpaid recharge it can be possible to do min. Tk.50 and max. Tk.10000 in a single transaction. |

No paisa or fraction amount will be recharged. |

| Cheque Status Enquiry |
|
This function displays the cheque status in terms of 'Paid' or 'Unpaid.' |
|
| Loan Details |
|
This function displays the details of the selected loan account(s), e.g. loan product details, disbursed amount, outstanding balance details, etc. |

| Change Password |
|
This function allows the user to change his/her own Password (Minimum 6 maximum 12 characters.) |
|
| View Standing Instructions |
|
This function allows Customers to see standing instructions (if any) for CASA account. |
|
| Stop Cheque |
|
Through this feature the Customer can initiate instruction for stopping a Cheque for clearing. |
|
| Session Summary |
|
The customer will be able to view a log of the transactions performed in a session. |
