Yes, the device is an additional payment method and can be used alongside your primary EBL card. During issuance of WEAREBL, existing primary card will be replaced with a new one at free of cost.

For Phone Holder/Grip, attach the accessory to the back of your smartphone. Wear the Ring or Wristband on your finger or wrist. Keep the Fobs Sleeve attached to your keychain or lanyard.

Yes, you will receive real-time transaction notifications on your phone, so you can monitor spending and detect any unauthorized activity promptly. Transaction alert fee is applicable.

New customers can apply for WEAREBL devices through EBL branches, SKYCARE, and the Contact Center. For existing customers, you have to apply from the website.

Customers eligible for Visa Platinum (and above)/Mastercard Titanium (and above) tier credit cards are eligible for WEAREBL devices.
4.3 What happens after I apply?
Please note that your application is pre-order basis and we will contact you for the further steps. The applicable fees will be charged against your primary card's credit limit, in accordance with our published Schedule of Charges for card products.
4.4 When will I get my WEAREBL after application?
There will be a 15-45 working day delivery time-frame which will commence from the day of issuance fee realization. The delivery time-frame is specific to the WEAREBL devices; the associated primary card will be delivered as per prevailing practice.
4.5 Where will I get my WEAREBL delivered?
You will receive your WEAREBL device at your preferred branch selected during application.
5.1 How do I activate my WEAREBL device?
You can activate your device by calling 16230.
5.2 How do I set my PIN for the device?
You can set the PIN of your choice through IVR by calling 16230.
5.3 How do I use the device at POS terminals?
Perform contactless transactions by waving or tapping the device with the designated NFC symbol on the POS machine.
5.4 Can I use this device abroad?
Yes, you can use the device wherever international Visa/Mastercard cards are accepted.

Yes, for international transactions using your WEAREBL device requires endorsement against your passport travel quota.

Both the new primary card and WEAREBL device will have the validity period from issuance as below.

7.1 What should I do if my WEAREBL device is stolen/lost?
In the event of device loss, immediately block it through EBL Skybanking or by calling 16230 and request for replacement. If device is non-functional/broken, call 16230 for replacement.
8.1 Will my WEAREBL device be discontinued if I close my primary card?
In the event of primary card closure, the associated WEAREBL device will also has to be closed.
