1. What is EBL Priority Valor?

EBL Priority Valor is a specialized Priority Banking segment designed for Armed Forces officers and their families, offering tailored banking solutions along with enhanced lifestyle privileges.

2. Who is eligible?

Customers must:

  • Active/Retired Armed Forces personnel and 01 eligible family member.
  • Maintain minimum BDT 50 lac balance in Current/Savings or Fixed deposit.
  • Have to Maintain minimum 20% of total fund in Current/Savings

3. How many persons can be enrolled under one relationship?

  • Maximum 2 persons allowed.
  • Second applicant must be the spouse.

4. What benefits will customers receive?

Regular Priority Benefits:

  • All standard Priority Banking privileges.
  • Dedicated service and relationship management.
  • Lifestyle and banking privileges as per Priority policy.

Additional Valor Benefits:

  • 50% discount on Student File processing.
  • Complimentary dinner coupon for two at a five-star restaurant.

5. Which debit card will be issued?

Visa Priority Signature Debit Card
(Same design and product as regular Priority)

7. Is this different from Regular Priority?

  • Core Priority benefits remain same.
  • Additional exclusive benefits added for Armed Forces segment.

8. How to onboard customers?

Please communicate your nearest Priority Center/Branches.

9. What happens if balance drops below eligibility?

Standard Priority reclassification rules apply.

10. Are there any additional charges for joining Priority Valor?

No additional joining fee is specified beyond standard Priority Banking requirements. Applicable charges follow existing Priority Schedule of Charges.

11. Can retired Armed Forces officers apply, or is this limited to currently serving personnel?

Retired Army Officers are eligible for This Priority Segment

12. What documents are required to verify eligibility?

ID card will be enough to verify. (including retired defense officers)

13. Is this applicable for all forces?

Only Armed forces. Army, Navy, Air Force.

14. In case spouse is not available can any other family member be onboarded as Priority?

Any 01 blood relative (Parents; Siblings, Children)
